       WHY THESE CHARGES?
=======================================================

To protect our genuine customers and maintain service
quality, we have introduced a parcel security fee for
COD orders.

We were receiving a high number of fraudulent orders
where customers provided incorrect addresses and phone
numbers. When our delivery partner arrived, parcels
were refused and returned — resulting in shipping losses
every time. The same users would re-order under
different names and addresses, repeatedly causing RTO
(Return to Origin) losses.

This policy ensures that only serious buyers place
orders, allowing us to continue offering discounts,
sales, and fast delivery to all our valued customers.

       CONDITIONS
=======================================================

1. COD orders require a ₹90 parcel security fee at
   the time of delivery. This amount is adjusted from
   your total product price — you do NOT pay extra.

2. Prepaid orders receive 10% off + free shipping +
   priority dispatch via fast Delhivery service.

3. Orders with incorrect address or phone number will
   be cancelled without refund of shipping charges.

4. Repeated RTO orders from the same customer may
   result in permanent block from COD option.
